Pet Care Lead
This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation of play groups
- Monitor guests and administer medication
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Resolve any emergency situations
- Facilitate the completion of extra services
- Open and Close the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Previous animal care experience
- Ability to lead large groups of employees
- Desire to work in a fast-pace environment; ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors on a daily basis
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Operate basic computer software
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekend/holidays
Pay Rate - $12.00 to 16.00 (hourly)
