Job Summary

The Customer Care Lead will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. The Customer Care Lead is responsible for creating a successful customer experience for clients and their loved ones. Customer Care Lead are responsible for answering all customer questions and/or concerns regarding services at the Pet Palace.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Provide superior customer service in all situations including unfavorable situations
  • Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person
  • Create and manage customer reservations
  • Provide facility tours to interested customers
  • Maintain accurate files and records
  • Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / -out
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Open and Close the facility
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lead large groups of employees
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily
  • Operate basic computer software
  • Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Previous animal care experience preferred
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours

Pay Range - $12.00 to 15.00 (hourly)
